Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 3 business days during our regular business hours.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

While we try to accommodate requests to change or edit orders, we cannot guarantee these changes once an order has been placed. Please note that we cannot apply coupon codes retroactively to orders.

Orders over $175 (after discounts, excluding taxes) qualify for free shipping across Canada.

Orders under $175 (excluding taxes) have a shipping cost of $15 within Alberta and $20 Canada-wide.

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, once the package is with the carrier, shipping times are beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Estimated delivery times: as per shipping carrier:

• Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba: 5 - 10 business days
• New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Prince Edward Island, Yukon Territories: 8 - 15 business days

• Shipped Orders: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• In-Store Pickup: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for this notification before coming to the store.

We are working hard to provide a shipping solution for our international customers. Currently, we ship within Canada only. Stay tuned and subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international shipping options.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

For your convenience, we offer an in-store pickup option. Please ensure you have received an email from us indicating that your order is ready for pickup before visiting us. When you arrive at the store, notify a Curated Lingerie associate that you are there to pick up your online order. They will verify your photo identification or ask for order details, including your order number and name.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• If we made an error, we will cover the cost of the return and re-shipment.
